Collection: Mesquite smoked chiltepin

Chiltepin is the wild ancestor of all capsicum annum chiles. They can be found growing wild in the foothills of the Sonoran desert, growing under mesquite and scrub oak trees. We have combined these robust flavors by smoking the chiltepin over mesquite wood in small batches.
